All of our terms and conditions have been put in place to protect the interests of our customers and to provide the best possible service to you all. Outlined below are all of our terms and conditions. If you want to buy from this site or use our web site you can only do so on these terms and conditions, and by using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by them. Although they are written in small print, they are designed to be fair to both parties.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and in any way. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. No contract will subsist between you and W & T Gibson Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until W & T Gibson Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.

You have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Upon cancellation, any goods must be returned unopened. A refund will then be issued.
Refunds Procedure
To request a refund please contact us on 01928 788 210 or email sales@wtgibson.co.uk, stating your name, address, order number, date of purchase and the products purchased for which you would like to claim a refund.
Satisfaction
We guarantee your satisfaction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Complaints will always be dealt with and acknowledged within 3 working days.
